Education System needs change across the world

Education is the process of acquiring the body of knowledge and skills that people are expected to have in the society. Education is about teaching, learning skills and knowledge. It also means helping people to learn how to do things and encouraging them to think about what they learn. It is also important for educators to teach ways to find and use information.

Through education, the knowledge of societycountry, and of the world is passed on from generation to generation. In democracies, through education, children and adults are supposed to learn how to be active and effective citizens.

Furthermore, It may help and guide individuals from one class to other. Educated individuals and groups can do things that the less educated cannot.

In modern days, education is very important for every individual as in this technical world, because of high and constant growth of technology, it is next to impossible for a person to cope up with the world without education. Most of the countries have made education mandatory for every person until he/she reaches certain age.

So to facilitate this process of learning, we need a system so that it can reach everyone easily. The term EDUCATION SYSTEM generally refers to public schooling and more commonly from kindergarten to high school or even till universities. Also, globalisation has compelled all the countries to improve English Language proficiency for better communication.

Every country has their own system. These systems may differ from one country to the other but most of them are similar. There might be small differences in the process of education between countries. We can take the USA as an example where the students are given opportunity to learn many things like sports, music, dance, arts, crafts, robotics, etc. along with regular academics during their education which makes the students knowledgeable in many fields and help them a lot in choosing their career and this might not be the picture in other countries. In some European countries like Germany, Sweden, Switzerland and Austria and in Asian countries like Japan, students are given practical training along with some extra-curricular activities and language skill training which not only gives them idea in all the fields but also can gain experience even before they work making their job easy while they earn and can interact without any problem. If we take the Russia into consideration, all the students getting or got graduated have to work for the military for minimum two years to enhance patriotism in them.
